the resort is in a fantastic location for Bedfordshire and it has fair services. The restaurant is particularly fantastic with a wide and pretty first choice of dishes. Breakfast also superb. the Hotel is perfectly staffed and they are welcoming.Comfy bed but bogs will need an update. Night meal in restaurant was pretty nice but breakfast was poor.
